I was asked to make a special 70th Birthday card this week and I decided to make an exploding box card with a pretty Birthday cake inside. I thought this project would be great to share with you all for the MIM challenge this week.

MIM Challenge #168 With CC Designs - Anything Goes

I decided to make a shaker style card using a Flower Soft snow globe, the image I have coloured using copics and the snow inside the globe is also from Flower Soft.

I have used Magnoila DP and have added various die cuts to set a Winter scene.

I had the pleasure of playing with Live Laugh Love Rose Block and decided to go for a CAS look as the sentiment is beautiful enough. 

I have colored the image using copics and have added a little bow at the bottom of the card.

Lacey Sunshine Challenge #22 - Winter Wonderland

Hi everyone it's Lacey Sunshine challenge time again and this week our theme is Winter Wonderland.

I had the opportunity to play with 2 amazing digis for this project and this is the card I made for this challenge.

I have made a 4 step card and have used Curly Sue Victorian Christmas digi on the inside and Emily Snow Princess digi on the front both of these digis are available here.

I have coloured the stunning victorian ladies using copics and have distressed my papers using Tim Holtz distress inks.

I have also used various die cuts to embellish the card and have added a touch of sparkle here and there.

All Lacey Sunshine digis are available for instant download and we also run a loyalty scheme, more details can be found on the Lacy sunshine blog here.
